What comes next? Legislated Reproductive Rights or a National Abortion Ban?

Posted June 24, 2022, updated November 17, 2023

A year after the Supreme Court ended almost 50 years of protected access to reproductive rights, the next Congress and President can restore reproductive rights or ban abortion nationally.

What can we do? We can win elections.

In Ohio and Montana, Senate Circle’s candidates are tied or ahead in public polling.  If the Supreme Court is to be changed, it requires a Democratic President and Senate. Then we can remove power from the radical individuals who currently have authority over the laws of our country.

In 2010 and 2014 Democrats stood on the sidelines and gave up Senate seats to anti-choice voices.  In 2024, if we can hold our Senate majority and hold the House, we can legislate reproductive rights.

Senate Circle will be doing everything we can to elect a pro-choice Senate. Join us.

We need each other to be an effective and generous community putting political power behind our values. Last year the Supreme Court attacked our values. We can regain power with wins in November. Thank you for being a part of our efforts to provide a light in the darkness.
